A weekend or two-day trip, whether it be business or family vacation, usually means that you need to take light regardless of your transport. But what about your favorite beauty products - especially when they come in big packages? We would like to share with you a list of beauty essentials for travel and tips to find miniatures of your favorite products.
The basics
Let's start with the basics: a travel format toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, day cream, nail file, mini-razor blade, shampoo and conditioner. Most of the toiletries can be found in the small format at the drugstore. At the dentist you will also get dental care products in convenient travel formats.
Save samples
Stylish and smart: save samples of both your favorite brands and new products.
Actions and promotions in department stores are highly recommended because you can choose free gift packages here for purchase.
Rather, do-it-yourself mini version of your favorite products?
If you can not find your favorite shampoo and conditioner in a travel format, pour some into small bottles that you can buy in many stores. Or you can reuse shampoo lessons from hotels. Do not flatten bottles as you fly because changes in air pressure can cause the contents to turn off and leak your bottle. Do not store anything in glass or fragile jars.
Vote makeup at your destination
An eyeliner pencil that you can turn out for which you do not need a pencil sharpener is the easiest. Choose a waterproof version if you are going to swim or go to an event that you most likely will leave a tear. The same goes for your mascara.
Long-lasting lipstick is also a favorite. If you fall asleep on the plane, it will just be in place!
Lips balm is also a must for both cold climates and the tropics. A good balm can be used for lips, nails and even around your nostrils when they dry out or if you are cold.
Apply sun protection when outside.
The weather is getting fresher, but the autumn tones in your makeup radiate heat! In a beautiful autumn makeup?
In pack tips
When you fly, stop your makeup in a clear plastic bag that you put in your hand luggage or handbag. Other toiletries put you in lockable freezer bags that you put in your suitcase. These "bags" are not very glamorous, but very easy to put in a blank corner of your suitcase.
An absolute must is to bring a mirror. In some hotels, the light is not good enough to apply your makeup (or the light above the magnifying mirror does not work) and you have to stand by the window. In addition, a travel mirror is useful if you want to see the back of your hair while drying.
